A great story fizzles into eight lengthy episodes of bore

A great story that could have been told in three or four episodes gets stretched into endless bore across eight episodes. At times Nocera and Elkind seem to be more fascinated by each other than focusing on the pirate. Episode start with 2 minutes of music and end with two minutes of self-praise. Avoid.
