Engaging

The long format of this podcast enables me to take a precise view on different aspects of the life and philosophy of Bruce Lee. It also reminds one to not only "... be water, my friend ..." but also also change your point of view and "stay" flexible when trying to understand anything you think is important. And also learn: what is, not. At this moment in time. It's a great tool to clean up a lot of the "chattering" landing in ones brain. Like any good pizza starts with a clean, well manufactured dough so my week starts with a clean, well manufactured Bruce Lee podcast.
