Cait has a unique ability to tackle burnout and all its related themes by cutting through the clutter and focusing on what’s really important for us to know. She does this by asking incredibly curious and powerful questions of her guests; and also by “telling it like it is”. For those of us who’ve been through burnout and are in recovery, we don’t have the time and energy to filter out thegems; and Cait does us a favor by doing so. Cait also takes a holistic view of burnout and recovery which makes her podcast a go-to resource for anyone in this circumstance. Cait cares about her listeners and she manages to bring a healthy mix of candidness, humour, compassion and respect with every episode.
