Definately one of my favourite shows! There is so much to learn and to experience.
Too much of a good thing?

I have enjoyed many of the podcasts and the Good Doctor from MGS is an engaging and charming fellow. He has had some profound and insightful dialogues and I like his style. I just wonder whether the show is running a bit low on content and could benefit from a bit more spacing between episodes? I know it’s a business (and that means maintaining maximum output for advertisers) but it feels increasingly so and, as a consequence, sometimes repetitive in its themes and perhaps a touch superficial. For example, the recent bitesize episode on fat burning etc. seemed to conclude that one should “drink fewer fizzy drinks and eat more broccoli.”

I love this podcast, but the episode with Johann Haei has been the best of them all. absolutely, earthshatteringly lifechanging. I adore him! how powerful, thanks so much
Me, myself and I

I love passionate people, but their energy can often become overwhelming. I listen to podcasts often at night or when the atmosphere is calm. I find myself struggling with this one where the passion added to all the information to process, added to too many ads, added to some guests making the case of yelling, but yelling themselves in the microphone, added to the length of the episodes, added to the loud, maybe too compressed audio, is all way too much for my brain. It becomes counterproductive and defeats the purpose. Podcasts should not be a race to who speaks the loudest and longest. Even the bitesize episodes have this stressful, pushy, self-triumphant vibe. I don’t understand how more can simplify health. Less would be more. Finally, I find paradoxical that a podcast about health and well-being is plagued with ads, bloated egos and endless self-promotion. The self glorified podcasdoctor obviously puts himself before his content. Listened from my non-anglo-american culture, it feels very wrong, but in the end, quite aligned with our me-first, individualistic and ego centered society. Is Dr ChatterMe truly about helping others? Or is he about helping his business of helping others become like him… Curiously, I haven’t found many episodes about narcissism and its growing damages in our society. Go figure.
