Missouri plans to execute death row prisoner Marcellus Williams on Tuesday. He was convicted of murdering a newspaper reporter in 1998, which he has always denied. But state's governor has said he will not stop the execution, despite there being significant questions about Williams' guilt.

Senior investigative consumer correspondent Anna Werner looked into the high prices of weight loss drugs in the U.S. as research shows Americans pay far more for some of the popular drugs compared to people in other countries. One of the drugs, Wegovy, costs $1,300 per month in the U.S. and just over $90 in the U.K.

ExxonMobil is one of the world's biggest plastic makers. In a lawsuit, the California attorney general alleges the company lied to the public for decades to convince everyone that recycling works so they would keep buying more plastic.
