    This week, we're speaking to the vibrant Nichol Ng. Nichol is the Owner of X-Inc, which is a multi-million dollar group of companies in the F&B space in Singapore. She's also the co-founder of The Food Bank Singapore, a member of the Young President's Organisation (YPO) as well as their Global Impact Regional Award Honoree for Southeast Asia, and the President of (ONE) Singapore. In case you think there probably isn't any time to do anything else, she's also the mother of four young children. In our conversation, we explore everything from her story of turning around a generations-old family business, the importance of giving and philanthropy, and how she manages to fit all of this into a very busy life. The conversation was truly electric, which was aided by a very large lightning storm going on in the background which you may hear from time to time.
