The best podcast, perfect production and a realy storytelling. I'm portuguese and not so good in english but i understand very well.
Took me a while to realize this is terrible

At first I was drawn to this podcast because I love true crime, it has great production quality, and it utilizes a lot of primary sources. Had it on in the background, didn't think about it. Then I started actually listening to the host's inane commentary - dude clearly doesn't have any real empathy, nuance, or well-informed opinions about any of the issues he discusses, from criminal justice reform to mental illness to domestic violence. He just kind of rambles in that dramatic voice, using trite formulaic buzzwords to perform empathy - at best saying nothing and at worst, being incredibly ignorant and offensive. I think I've noticed it more lately because he barely bothers to do anything but play clips of courtroom proceedings or 911 calls, occasionally inserting 30 seconds of grade-school level reading comprehension style commentary on what you've already heard and are about to hear. Then I googled him and realized he's also kind of a troll. So yeah, HARD PASS.
If you're a True Crime fan, this is for you!

This is hands down the best true crime podcast I've ever listened to. It is very well produced and researched, very addictive and keeps you interested from start to finish. Every episode is about a new and bizarre crime story. So if you're a true crime fan, with a strong stomach, definitely have a listen to it!
