Everything you could hope for
Absolutely amazing podcast. As a vegan trying to change my body composition its everything I have been looking for. Its the right balance between scientific facts and their experienced opinion. They are very engaged and genuine with their approach and its just really nice listening to them. It feels like you’re sitting right next to them so I find myself laughing with them even if I am on the train listening. Its never boring at all and even when the scientific terms are too complicated they break it down for us to understand in our normal language.
I love how they also do very motivating podcasts which everyone needs to hear every now and again. This podcast is absolutely for everyone whether vegan or non-vegan!
