Barry currently works in Executive Search recruitment, supporting international businesses with their hiring needs in China and Southeast Asia. In addition, he is an ICF Coach and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and has experience of leading teams in Asia and was previously the Chair HR Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai.
