    Episode 18: The (r)evolution of dreaming

    Dreaming about new potential and possibility is what makes humans human. We are inherently creator beings, and love to bring ideas into fruition. For a few months, I stopped sharing my dreams with people. I stopped creating from my dreams, because it felt safer not to. This is my story about how I came to realise that it is actually our duty to dream. If we don’t, nothing changes. The world stays in a holding pattern. We don't birth the New Earth. It's time to evolve what it means to dream. What if we started using dreams as a tool to expand our capacity, vs. escape our lives? What if the end result isn't the prize, but the bonus? What if the person you decide to own and embody in the process of creating the dream is the prize, and what if the world around you could calibrate to that standard?     Episode 13: On fear of judgement and losing relationships

    A common reason why people don't follow the nudges of their souls, speak out about the things they want to speak out about or simply shine their light brightly is because they are afraid of what will happen to their relationships.  Will their loved ones understand their new choices? Will friends judge them for their beliefs? Will partnerships end? What if, what if...?  Often we can convince ourselves that terrible things will happen if we break away from what people expect of us. That it is safer to play small than to be lonely and misunderstood. But, it doesn't have to be so black and white.   In this podcase we chat about why the fear of losing relationships is a totally normal human experience, and what happens when we are willing to break the cycle of fear. It is totally possible to live your life in integrity without losing people close to you who believe totally different things and are at totally different life stages. And if your journey unfolds in a way that you do say goodbye to certain people and relationships, it is 100% possible to carry on with your dreams and expansion with peace, calm, clarity, trust, compassion and love.     As Anais Nin famously said, "And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
