NADS: Why your current undergarments might be killing you

The South Florida fitness community is one rich with entrepreneurs, enthusiasts and go getters. I met Dan Baird through mutual friends and after having a great conversation over the phone, I invited him to jump on the podcast. Dan is the co-creator of NADS underwear which is a Certified organic non-GMO cotton created underwear product that gives your package a clean, comfortable, and healthy home and reduces harsh chemical exposure to your reproductive parts.

In speaking with Dan he shared his story about living a clean and healthy lifestyle but noticed that his testosterone was significantly low for a man of his age. It propelled him into learning more about all aspects of health and how the current clothes we wear are made with harsh chemicals, dyes, plastics and more. What was even more concerning was that most athleisure wear and his day to day clothes were the most harmful and possibly contributing to his low T. His research found that male testosterone levels have dropped significantly over the last 3-5 decades. Testosterone levels are detrimentally low amongst men of all ages.
