    What Is The Tidal Way?

    What Is The Tidal Way?

Tidal brings its own unique style of doing CrossFit and in this episode Jeff and Mags discuss what makes The Tidal Way so successful in helping people live a healthier life.
What do you expect to get out of CrossFit when you join Tidal? Jeff and Mags discuss how new members of the Tidal community should approach their training. They provide some great insights on consistency and focusing on technique over worrying about how much you could lift.
The CrossFit Open is upon us. It's a time where we try and guess the upcoming workouts, compete against each other and ourselves, and potentially hit PRs or get a movement for the first time. However, should you do the Open and if you decide to do it, how should you approach it? Jeff and Mags each give their own thoughts on their approach for this year's open.
Do you have questions for Jeff and Mags? Ask them in your respective Tidal Facebook Groups for them to answer on the next episode. Or ask your coaches and they will pass them on.
