Coach Mario and Coach Matt have both been competitive athletes in all kinds of sports including CrossFit. With a combined 18 years in the CrossFit space, they've learned a lot about fitness, strength, and of course..injury. 

With so much variance and unknowns in something like CrossFit, injuries are bound to occur. The best you can do is prepare for them and know what to do. The worst thing you can do is give up or simply work through it. In this episode you'll learn why!
