Hello, I am Aka, an Ending note Navigator and end of life preparation instructor. Today, I would like to start a new segment of 1 minute talk. Because recently, in order to chat with everyone, the 10 minute-morning live show is getting longer and longer, I would like to include shorter segments as well. So today, the first segment is about things I stopped doing since Covid. It is the 3-second rule. What is a 3-second rule? To pick up and eat food that has been dropped. I quitted that. I used to think it is fine to eat if I blow away the dirt. Now I quitted because I think I shouldn't do that. If you have your own rule, please share with me. This is how I would like to conclude in 1 minute.
