乔伊和钱德无意中调出成人电影频道。莫妮卡催促罗斯在艾米丽离开美国前向她表白。不过事情并不顺利，艾米丽另有男人。罗斯飞往伦敦向艾米丽示爱，而艾米丽却正飞回美国，想告诉罗斯她选择和他在一起。菲比发现自己怀的是三胞胎。小弗兰克决心从“冰箱大学”辍学并找工作；菲比不想让弟弟放弃“梦想”，所以想办法搞钱。
