We all go through moments in life in which we don't know which way is up, moments that make us hide or become paralyze while we question everything we are, our values, and everything we believe. In those moments, we lose the capacity to understand that this is just a moment in time, and this too shall pass.

I have had many of those moments, and I have learned from them. However, they continue to be present in my life, and they bring many lessons. These lessons can be about spirituality, life, finance,e or anything else, but most of all, they are about accepting and loving your self.
