We welcome today Shivani Gupta, Global speaker, Leadership mentor for women and Author who also happens to be a property investor!

Shivani is a powerhouse woman who shares her investment story with us - from starting off her property journey in Adelaide to her current purchases, both residential and commercial.

After receiving advice, Shivani set up her SMSF and has made several purchases using this vehicle. The surprise has been that Shivani has discovered her passion for project management as many of the properties are purchased to renovate and add value.

She has a great eye for spotting an undervalued property and visualising the end result. This has led her to make some great purchases.
