As Paul brings the letter to a close, he challenges the believers to be a different kind of people. His words encourage us to prioritize servant leadership over mere talents and gifts. We are called to actively engage in the lives of others through discipling and mentoring, and to embrace a life of obedience to Jesus and His commands. The result is a local church that reflects the power and beauty of the Gospel!

Hot Mess: Thriving as a Mom

Hot Mess: Thriving as a Mom

    Pastor Tony Liuzzo (Lead Pastor) - Luke 10:38-42 (Luke 10:2, 33-34 & 38-42; Genesis 2:2; John 15:4-5; 1 Corinthians 1:18; Psalms 23:1-3)

If there was one word that describes how a  mom feels, it would be busy....or tired...or maybe stressed. OK, maybe there are a few words that could be used to describe how a mom feels, but you get the point. We all wish there were more hours in the day to get things done, but we feel like we are constantly falling behind. Jesus taught a valuable lesson in Luke 10 on what mom, actually all of us, need most! Why survive as a mom, when we could be thriving!

Hot Mess: Thriving as a Mom
    I. We need to be called out
    A. Jesus confronts her anxiety
    B. Jesus confronts her attitude

II. We must have our priorities in order

    B. we must make it a priority to spend time with Jesus
    C. we must make it a priority to grow in His Word

    Gospel Change: A Gospel Lifestyle

    Pastor Matt Hodge (Discipleship Pastor) - 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12 (1 Thessalonians 2:11-12; 3:6-12; 4:1-12; 1 Peter 2:9-12; Matthew 5:9; Galatians 6:1-10)

Gospel change is life change! When a person believes in Jesus and is saved, they are made new! Part of following Jesus is learning, growing, and changing to be more like Him in the way we live our lives.

In this lesson, we will see how Paul challenged the believers in Thessalonica to be obedient to Christ’s commands and to live a life that was distinctly different from the world around them! As we study, we will learn how we can live a life that reflects the power and grace of the Gospel!

    Going Above & Beyond!

    Going Above & Beyond!

Pastor Tony Liuzzo (Lead Pastor) - Ephesians 3:20-21

What's next for Fellowship Baptist Church? God has been so good to us and has blessed us in so many ways. God has allowed our church to expand our reach through our new remodeled auditorium. This is all for the glory of God and for the Gospel!
God has made us promises in His Word and we stand and claim these promises. He said that He would do exceedingly, abundantly, ABOVE what we ask or think! As we follow God's leading, we are asking God to allow us to experience this! Let's go above and beyond to help people find and follow Jesus!
