Parenting can be overwhelming and frustrating.
We would like to have an ideal relationship with our child, and we blame ourself or our child if it isn’t perfect.
It is very helpful to know that we are always doing the best we can in our parenting. It takes away the guilt which is so familiar. -

We address overwhelm and burnout: how to stop it and what to do about it. When we feel overwhelmed we feel like we have to do everything right now. When we see how we are experiencing life, in this moment, we see that overwhelm comes and goes and see it for what it really is.
