The way people give and receive love can confuse and ruin the relationships we have with people. Dr. Gary Chapman released a book and then an online quiz where people can find out what their primary love language is and how they can work on improving relationships because you're able to understand yourself and other people better. We discuss taking the quiz and the results that were drawn from answering the questions. We begin the episode by thanking all our listeners for dealing with our constant laughing and making it on some of your top 2020 Spotify Wrapped Podcasts! But, today, we're finally back (yet again) and talk about guilty pleasures. Guilty pleasures are usually things that people are embarrassed about. We discuss how this shouldn't be the case and that guilty pleasures can also be something you do/music you listen to/tv shows or movies you watch to give you some comfort on a rough day! Unless...it comes to sharing a jar of Nutella. Listen in to understand how we got the title for this week's episode!

In this episode, we discuss having confidence or not being as confident as people around us perceive us to be. We are joined by Sam Shain an avid traveller (just like us YAY!) and being raised multi-cultural. Where does our confidence come from? 

The two of us LOVEEEE coffee, and yes sometimes we drink too much of it. In this episode, we refer to the Daily Mail article (link at the end of description) about the ex-McCafé barista and what he thinks on where coffees rank on his scale from God Tier to Cat Vomit Tier! Then, we change a few things on the rankings and place the different types of coffee drinks based on the preferences of some of the people we've asked and our own. We discuss the roles coffee play in our two different Indian cultures, our best coffee experiences and also the coffee we think would be a waste of time to prep (sorry not sorry)! WE'RE BACK!! We took a little break as we needed to deal with a few things life threw at us. In this episode, we address the elephant in the room of how the pandemic has affected not only our lives but everyone else in the world too. We discuss the uncertainty of the times and the positives and negatives that came out of quarantine and lockdowns. We understand that we can't cover everyone's emotions during this difficult time, but we talk about some ways that can (maybe) help you! Erica is a Black-American school teacher in South Korea. Amazing, right? We discuss her motivations to get the job she has today, her journey to getting there and encounters of racism as a Black-woman in Asia and even in America. Her boss-woman and self-aware personality has led to her having a short-story published in a book called "Black in Asia: A Spill Stories Anthology" that reflects on her experience and feelings of living in Korea.
