    Human Organization Machinery

The central theme is the necessity of being led by the Spirit of God rather than relying on human organizational structures. Bro. James emphasizes that true spiritual guidance comes from a personal relationship with God, which cannot be replaced by human efforts. He warns against the dangers of legalism and over-dependence on human leadership, which can lead to spiritual laziness and misplaced priorities. Using the following biblical examples, he illustrates how legalistic attitudes can distort true faith: • Job 33:14-15 - God speaks in various ways, but people often fail to perceive it. • 1 Samuel 3 - The story of Samuel learning to recognize God’s voice. • Mark 2:23-24 - Jesus’ disciples plucking ears of corn on the Sabbath. • Luke 6:1-2 - Another instance of the disciples plucking corn on the Sabbath. • Luke 13:13-14 - Jesus healing a woman on the Sabbath. • John 5 - Jesus healing an impotent man on the Sabbath. • Acts 15:5 - The debate over circumcision and adherence to the law of Moses. • Galatians 4:10-11 - Paul’s concern over observing days, months, times, and years. • Isaiah 29:13 - People honoring God with their lips while their hearts are far from Him. Bro. James calls for personal responsibility in one’s spiritual life, urging believers to avoid the traps of legalism and to seek a deeper, personal relationship with God. The sermon concludes with an encouragement to seek unity and compassion within the church, and a reminder to stay vigilant against the encroachment of legalism, urging believers to maintain a direct and personal connection with God.
