Karen is a professional pattern-maker, grader and tailor specializing in inclusivity. She is also a Gene Key reader, mom, trauma informed yoga teacher, author of three books, musician, co-host of Magical Motherhood Podcast and one of the most wonderful human beings the internet has brought into my life.

Karen is also a Highly Sensitive Person just like the majority of us here, who was also recently diagnosed with ADHD and in this episode we learn about her trajectory as a multi-dimensional being, how she came to accept and love that she is living many lives in this lifetime when society told her she had to be one thing, and how she’s managed to be highly sensitive while learning about living as a neurodivergent.
