Welcome to Future You powerful guided visualisation practice. This is a tool I like to do with my coaching clients, to help them tap into how they’re feeling now and visualise their future self.
Today, I want to share it with you (free of charge) to help you tap into your inner wisdom and intuition. We rarely take time out of our busy lives to visualise what we really want & what might be holding us back in life. This exercise will help you gain clarity and perspective on how you’re feeling right now, where you want to be and how you want to feel in the future.
Your thoughts become your reality. Choose them wisely. So stop what you’re doing, calm your busy mind and find a quiet comfortable spot. Let go of fear, anxiety and worry. This is YOU time.
Come back to this practice, when you lack direction, clarity and need guidance. Or when you want to get excited about the person you’re going to be! Every time it becomes clearer.
