Nicci Howard MBA, CPT, CSN, L1-SSR is the creator of the StressLess Lifestyle, has been a personal trainer for 13 years, taught group fitness for 23 years, and she began her love for nutrition as a biology major in college. She also has a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Business. Additionally, she has 9 years of certifications in nutrition and 9 years as a nutritionist in her own personal training studio where she trained women of all ages from high school athletes to women in their 70s.

Her fitness career began as something she loved to do after being a lifelong athlete. Then she transitioned into competing in bodybuilding/bikini competitions where even though she won a few, she learned more about what NOT to do and when to turn around and try again.
The StressLess Lifestyle was born out of the imbalances she had to correct from years of drastic training and also from being a workaholic and driven go-getter in her previous corporate career. There comes a time when you break, or nearly break, and need a new way of living and eating to support your busy and fast-paced life. That is where the StressLess Lifestyle comes in.
