Request from a client ...... So I cold called a vendor some time ago and he mentioned he was going to sell later. For several months I've been keeping in touch with him, also giving him a Selling Guide a week ago. Today he called me asking me my fees and marketing, mentioning he has 3 agent choices to go with and asked me to email him my fees marketing etc. He replied my email saying will have an answer by end of week. My question is: what can I do to secure the listing?

"I'll Wait til the Market Gets Better...." My response to the couple of agents who told Naomi they were going to wait to pull the trigger on improving their business (in a variety of ways) and just waiting out this period which they suggest is a little less than ideal. (Since when is it ideal anyway??)
