Between 2014 and 2018, Taylor Swift enjoyed an incredible wave of success with the release of her fifth studio album, "1989," and its follow-up, "Reputation." In 2014, Swift moved to New York City and collaborated with producers like Jack Antonoff, Max Martin, and Imogen Heap for "1989," released in October of that year. The album debuted atop the U.S. Billboard 200 with sales of 1.28 million copies in its first week. Its singles, "Shake It Off", "Blank Space", and "Bad Blood", reached number one in Australia, Canada, and the U.S. The 1989 World Tour ran from May to December 2015 and was the highest-grossing tour of the year, earning $250 million.
