3. Knowing When You Need to Step Away & Letting It Be Okay…

Originally published in April 2022… Life is hard, we all know that. But if I’m being true to who I feel God has called me to be then I can’t pretend that I’m full and able to pour into others, because right now, I’m feeling empty. Right now, God is working on me and I need to step back and let Him. Maybe you're feeling that way too. So my encouragement to you today is a reminder that Gods love for you is not conditional, and that if you're pouring from an empty cup, stepping back and stepping into faith is exactly what God wants you to do.

2. Waiting on the Lord

This is my recording from a teaching I did for our Women's Ministry Psalms Bible Study Part 2! This teaching digs into the Psalms that shed insight into how we can patiently wait on the Lord and how waiting patiently, dare I say it, even involves asking God how much longer must we wait. There is a difference between patient waiting and communicating our heartaches with the Lord, and legitimate impatience.

3. His Never-Changing, Always & Forever Love

When you look back on the hard times in your life, what do you see? Do you only see the darkness and the pain? Do you only see how hard it was for you in those moments? Or do you also see Gods hand at work in your life? Because friend, you can see both. It's not one or the other. You can see your pain and the hand of God at work simultaneously, because He uses our pain for HIS purpose. When you look back and see Him there, you can rest assured that He is also with you now, and that He will be forevermore. Why? Because "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." 2. Letting Go of Social Media

Letting go of Social Media goes against the grain. It’s not the common option. But as followers of Jesus Christ we are called to go where He asks us to without hesitation. No. It’s not always easy. In fact, it took me three years to listen to Him and let go of social media. But I did. And I am so thankful that I chose to listen to His voice above the noise of the world and the lies of the enemy telling me to stay.
