Tips to Help You Process Your Child's Senior Year & Keep Calm, Part 1

Parenting HACKS with Dr. Yanina

Welcome to Parenting HACKS with Dr. Yanina, episode #43. This week's topic is: How should I process my child's Senior year and keep calm. This episode is part 1 of 2 videos.

If you're like me, the idea that this year is my son's last year in high school it's very difficult to process. In less than a year, our family of four will become a family of three. I say this because he will be moving on campus at the university he ends up enrolling.

Not only am I facing this reality, but he is also processing this reality in his own way. In addition to feeling the stress of finishing the school year right, he has to take the necessary steps to make best academic decisions.

In this episode, I share two suggestions to help you process this reality in a healthy way so that you're able to give your child the much needed support and encouragement.
