One of the biggest races on the short course calendar this week in Cagliari where we will see Alex Yee up against Hayden Wilde. Which athlete will have the edge in the lead up to Pairs or will Kristian Blummenfelt make up for his lacking performance in Yokohama? 

The British team will have a straight shoot-out in the women's field to secure the last two spots. Will it be Georgia Taylor-Brown, Kate Waugh or Sophie Coldwell? We look at the tricky situation for the US and French selectors as well.

We then talk about Anne Haug's amazing performance at Ironman Lanzarote, wrap up the action from the Challenge Championship and Chattanooga 70.3 and dissect the T100 Injury rules.
