My career path turned out ok. You could say that luck played its part and the rest down to good choices.

Thinking back if there was anything that I would have wished for someone to talk to me about, it would have been on why it’s important to take a career pathway in a job - don’t wait until it’s too late (old).

When we’re young - “I’ve got time”.

When we’re old - “I wish I had more time”.

My first week of giving up on smoking 🚬.

An insight for those that have never gone through withdrawals.

Also I can’t remember what it was like the first time I gave up, so I thought why not record the journey thus far.

COVID taught me something about myself that I didn’t know. Being self aware of how you’re feeling, mentally and emotionally is so important. We all need to take time out to breathe.

With all the election talks going on social media, it got me thinking, all things elections.

I’m intrigued on how people would make their decisions on who they vote for - Policies or the leader?
