    Hi friends! Today’s episode is so good, and a long time coming! Nathalie has been crushing this industry for years at Encore Beach Club! We get straight to it, what is up with fat replacement and booty injections?! Next we get into her progression in the industry, how things have changed, and what makes for rockstar service! This girl has her whole team cheering for her just about once a month, for massive 20k tips!!!! Unreal. She’ll spray 30k bottles in your face! When she’s taking notes, it’s usually about saving money, and taking the time to be grateful for the jobs we have. She leaves a lot of good insight on how to perform at a high level.     Let’s dive allllll the way in then!! CJ might not have spoken this much in his entire career, but probably for good reason. This is one of the episodes I sat back and nodded my head in agreement, the entire time. From the starting 5 waitress team, what makes a good busser, getting in the industry as a porter, leaving on your own terms, dating coworkers. Story time is definitely back, and you can’t make some of this stuff up haha! We also touch on some of our favorite guests and experiences that make these jobs so worthwhile!! The friendships we create from this time in our lives are priceless, this episode reaffirms that.     “Started from the bottom now we here!” What a fitting anthem for this episode as we discuss Sebastians' entry and strategic exit from the nightlife industry. It’s hard to get in and out of these jobs, I’ll be the first to tell you. We chop it up about serving guests like up and coming Arizona Cardinals head coach, to what it’s like to serve Drake, working on Christmas Eve, to his Kobe (rip) farewell tour. I forgot some of these stories until we started talking, one of my favorite things about podcasting. Needless to say we had a lot of fun on this one! Covering bases and faces these days!! Rapper, creator, podcaster, (and more stuff I'm sure) the very talented and always funny Ekoh. We discuss casually getting hired after auditions, performing your music at the club, dating in the industry, to hearing your music being played while you're at work, there's a lot to cover! Us two nerds became friends working together at EBC, almost started our own podcast before his career took off! You'll hear his perspective is real as it gets!!     So glad to be back in action! I think I really needed a good laugh, and I knew exactly who to call! My good friend Marcus Mitchell. We recorded this at 11pm, after he put the kids to bed. That means my man gave up rare and precious silent time to be with us, salute to him for that! Forgive me in advance, but I burst out laughing/interrupting often, and yes I have zero shame about it. We discuss everything from being a father in this sexy industry, embarrassing club stories, the money changing over the years, the new Chappelle standup 8:46, and what it's like navigating this industry as a black man. It's an interesting/defining moment in time right now, and I'm grateful to have such awesome people in my life with such amazing energy. YOU WILL LAUGH.....or you have no soul. lol jk, kinda.     Back for Memorial Day Weekend, with a MEAN GIRL!!! Just kidding!! Ya right! What a fun episode!! Ashley Romeo aka Romeo and I covered a lot, she got the first wave of new questions and I felt like she crushed every one of them. I learn what “preventative” means and the pressures to get Botox/plastic surgery?! Yikes. From being 22 and her first official shift during MDW, to a veteran hitting some serious career goals, she’s constantly educating and pushing herself! She gives great perspective and clarity on not always getting your way in this industry. Very detailed, very excited, great start for the next 10 episodes! Enjoy. Xx
