After a week off, taking some time to deal with emotions, I am back with a brand new episode for this week. I talk about a recap of the last two weeks, and some favourite shows. I also get into dealing with anxiety and irrational anger. Not only does this help break the stigma, but I also hope that it helps you find less shame in it when you are being accountable!
