Hello! Sorry for the delay in getting this episode out to you guys, I was on holiday for two weeks and it's kinda difficult to research, record and upload a podcast whilst on a beach in Spanish... sorry, not sorry. Anyway, hope you enjoy this episode, it's our first episode with an actual guest! Please say hello to my friend Miriam, she was meant to be discussing something with me but... we got super drunk. Super drunk. Too drunk to function. You should hear that throughout the podcast haha, and so it's just me rambling on about punctuation with my pal making comments. But hey, that's what happens when you make a podcast based on the premise of getting drunk and having a conversation... I hope you did enjoy this episode, and as I say a lot in the episode, and cannot stress enough, if you feel that you are struggling with panic attacks, anxiety, depression - anything! - please get help. Speak to your doctor, speak to your therapist - whoever it may be, but please just speak to someone. If you are feeling suicidal, or that you may harm yourself, please seek help immediately.
