Coder Staffing relies on Outstaffing, a recruiting concept that combines the best of outsourcing and traditional recruitment.

For the past decades, Stefan has been very active in the software development sector as a software developer, programming teacher, writer, and tech entrepreneur. Back in the '90s, Stefan built one of the first websites with colored images. Stefan is very present on his YouTube channel where he gives advice and shares his thoughts on tech-related topics. Stefan is the president of StudioWeb. StudioWeb is a beginner-friendly interactive coding eLearning platform that has been adopted by schools since 2011.

Michele is a Lead Backend Developer. After having studied Physics and worked in the energy field in Italy, he decided to dedicate himself to his lifetime passion: technology. Willing to make an experience abroad, Michele decided to look for a developer job in Berlin. After a couple of years as a Fullstack Engineer at OakLabs, he made the big jump to Takeaway.com. Michele has developed a few Open Source packages and he was a speaker at the GOTO Berlin 2019 conference.
