    On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by Claudia Romo Edelman, a Mexican-Swiss speaker, media contributor, social activist, co-host of A La Latina Podcast and CEO of Romo Sotol, her family’s artisan Mexican spirits company. Sotol is derived from the dasylirion plant which is native to northern Mexico and the southwestern United States. Currently, Claudia is in the process of creating her own premium Sotol brand, which will reflect her family’s story and the spirit of the Mexican desert. Sotol is enjoyed in regional Mexican cultures, but less known to the outside world. Claudia is passionate about sharing Sotol with a global audience which will honor her family’s legacy of four generations of Sotol production.

    On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by  Stefan Johansson, a Swedish racing driver who has spent over 30 years racing at the highest levels of international motorsport as one of the top drivers in the world. Stefan had a 10 year career in Formula 1, driving for both Ferrari and McLaren as well as several other notable teams. He won the prestigious Le Mans 24- hour race for Porsche, and the Sebring 12 hour race - 2 times. He had 12 podiums during his career and went on to participate in the CART series - now known as IndyCar - and for 5 years raced for Bettenhausen Racing. Stefan continues to race but is also an accomplished artist,  watchmaker, designer, driving manager and television commentator.

Katie began her career as a successful film and television marketing executive, yet was Inspired by her mother’s cooking after a turn of events, which reignited her own passion for cooking. So, she quit her job and dove into the culinary world, co-authoring a Chinese cookbook with her mother entitled Everyday Chinese Cooking. And from there, they started a Pan-Asian catering business called Double Happiness Catering. She went on to co-host a TV show called Double Happiness, she’s authored several more cookbooks and has her own catering business called Wok Star Catering. Katie continues to appear on national television shows such as Today Show, Tamron Hall and Kelly and Mark – to name just a few. She hosts virtual cooking classes, an Instagram Live Show AND a 1 woman show called Holy Shitake!
