Simply great: meditation and death denial

So far, this has been the best episode of the deconstructing yourself podcast. Especially the discussion on meditation and death (denial). Also, the broader discussion of Douglass Harding and the Headless method was very interesting.
If you have time for only one episode choose this one (and get hooked to listen to all the rest)!
