Atmospheric macabre theater of the mind
Should I start this review with telling you about the great, imaginative writing, committed directing, passionate vocal performances or the superb scoring and sound design on this anthology of original audio fiction? I could. Or I could tell you that it’s the modern day audio version of classic genre TV shows like “The Twilight Zone” and “The Outer Limits”. All of it is true, but I’d rather prefer if you experience it for yourself.
To me it’s the perfect blend of my love for spooky audio tales and the aforementioned TV anthologies. An acoustic comfort blanked to cover my fears in a way that makes me smile.
