Some say they speak fast, but let’s face it, you will have a hard time to find a Greek who speaks slowly so better get used to it. The Language Level spoken in the ‚Easy Greek‘ Podcast is not ‚Easy‘ as in ‚Easy for Absolute Beginners‘, it’s rather suitable for intermediate learners of the Greek language (Beginners will find useful material in the ‚Super Easy Greek‘ videos on YouTube or in other YouTube or Podcast resources though). Once you’ve reached a certain level of Greek, you can become a Patreon member (at a very very reasonable price!) and thereby gain access to the written transcripts of each episode, which has had a huge impact on my Greek learning (it has been my main method of learning the language for quite a while). Dimitri and Marilena are a most lovable couple from Athens who have interesting everyday conversations about various subjects of daily life, culture, family and all subjects of interest. I personally love their not-so-conventional attitude of being very open-minded and critical towards mainstream civilizational developments. I listen to them and feel as if I’ve gotten into a conversation with friends!
