I'm Emmett Abdo, and I just started a podcast about transformational stories. I interview different people and they tell the story of something they have had to overcome to get to where they are today, the struggle along the way, and some people who helped them succeed.

Episode 1- Chris Aguilar
Today I am going to be interviewing Chris Aguilar. He stared on the first season on PBS Kids Show called The Kidsongs Television Show, one of my favorite shows when I was a kid. He was actually the writer for the show.
He currently has a play called "StanD - a play to help break the stigma of mental illness." He is bringing the play to different organizations over zoom. Its thirty minutes long, with a talk about mental wellness after the play. It's a really great opportunity to continue the conversation around mental health. -
Pilot- Emmett Abdo Interviews Himself
I'm Emmett Abdo, and I just started a podcast about transformational stories. In this pilot episode I interview myself and tell my own transformational story. This story details how I struggled with my disability, fitting in and bullying, and overcame these conflicts through perseverance and with the help of the Special Olympics and many friends.
