Welcome to our first mini-series! We are excited to sit down for an extended interview with Jenna Jozefowski, a body positive fitness instructor, personal trainer, and yoga teacher. Her work is all about helping you reframe your relationship with exercise, find the fun in movement, and feel better your body. As a semi-retired professional dancer, Jenna first discovered yoga as a cross-training tool, and has been teaching and coaching for over a decade. She’s an E-RYT 200 & Yoga For All Teacher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and StrongFirst SFG1 Kettlebell Instructor. Jenna is a Body Positive Fitness Alliance Affiliated Professional, and believes that “fit” looks different on everybody.

PART 1: Meet Jenna and get introduced to joyful movement! You'll learn about her background as a dancer and how it influenced her journey to cultivate more body positive spaces in the fitness industry. We share examples of what joyful movement *actually* is (not what we think it is when we're dieting) and how to recognize if your relationship with movement and exercise may be in a troubled spot.
