Today's ep we dive into patriarchy, what it means to be a "man" and how patriarchal thinking can be damaging to both men and women. 


Pierre Fleury is a professional community educator by day, and by night his activism doesn't stop, he created content across social media channels to educate and address different systems of oppression in the aim to reduce violence on a societal scale. Doing the work Pierre does is not easy, he opens himself up to a lot of backlash online and we dive a little into his experience being an advocate, how he deals with others perspectives and opinions. This episode is perfect for anyone who might feel isolated in their experience advocating fo anything it can be super isolating if you don't find your people, it's also great for anybody who wants to learn more about what a patriarchal society means and how both men and women are affected by it. These issues are not individual and we are outcomes of broken systems.
