It's Mother's Day weekend - the mother of all Dining Out days. We find ourselves at the Waybury Inn with an amazing buffet before us guided by Chef Antonio Petri. Then we set sail aboard The Spirit Of Ethan Allen on Lake Champlain, and wrapping up with a little celebration - Food Dude Radio's 28th Anniversary!

The Kitchen Table Bistro in Richmond VT made so many friends with Sunday Brunch when it kicked off at the beginning of the year that a second day was added. Saturday Brunch at the Kitchen Table is the beginning of many new things for this bistro that is both a neighborhood spot and a destination. Chef-Owner Craig Anthony talked to us about it as broadcast on Food Dude Radio April 13 2024.

It was a battle with spoons, bowls and steaming pots of the finest chili anyone could hope to taste. Eleven brave competitors went at it with a prize on the line - not to mention the title of honor - Chili Champion of Newport, Rhode Island.
