This week we have the wonderful Tiffanie Tri on the pod! She is the chair of Girls+ Rock Ottawa. Which is a community organization that provides professional development opportunities, community engagement, and advocacy support for girls, women, and gender-diverse individuals to help them gain equitable access to opportunities in music. We love how girls rock stands for empowerment for girls and gives them space to be themselves. We chat about her passion for the music community in Ottawa and what she thinks needs to change. It was a great conversation and we absolutely adore her passion for youth, music, and community.

She works with businesses as a consultant to make their physical, digital, and cultural spaces more inclusive for everyone. We chat about how she learned to slow down, to moving across the world at the start of the pandemic, and how in all situations she finds joy.
