Jasmine is in awe of the human body and has made her life’s work to understand it. As a qualified therapeutic yoga teacher, sound therapist, and breathwork coach, Jasmine uses these modalities to centre her work around the nervous system. Prior to her 10 years in wellness, she trained as a dancer. Moving out of the industry she experienced low self worth, disconnect and burnout, now supporting those navigating the same. Using movement to shift through the physical tension and discomfort in the tissues, breathwork to shed the emotional patterns stored in the subconscious and sound therapy to harmonise the energy systems. Her approach combines her knowledge in human anatomy with her passion for somatic and energy work, integrating these philosophies to leave you feeling truly embodied. Ben Calder has been exploring health professionally since 2003 when he first qualified as a kinesiologist. He has incorporated a multidisciplinary approach throughout his career and formally transformed it into an Integral approach in 2013 when he opened the Centre for Integral Health in Shrewsbury, UK.
Ben has a deep lifetime interest in self-development, much of which has been done through meditation, Qigong and shadow work. Ben is an Integral Relationships facilitator and has also studied Integral Transpersonal Psychology along with many forms of healing and health development.
