This is to celebrate World Mental Health Day, 2022 and how we are supporting the theme as an organization.

When people come together with the same purpose, success will be inevitable and it will come sooner. It was a great time with Adebogun H. Adedayo the founder of community sense to talk about why community development is important and how collaboration is an important strategy to achieve it.

The pressure the society puts on men to always be the best, has indirectly caused life imbalance for lots of men. The effect is so negative that it outweighs the "positive" expectations of the society. This podcast talks about pertinent issues concerning men and possible solutions to tackle it.

The society has placed a lot of value on a light skinned person and the media is not helping. Many young teenagers, most especially females are willing to bleach their skin for social acceptance and it has put many into depression. At Imeyreach Foundation, the best we can do as a community, is to unmask fiction and open people’s mind to self acceptance. This episode is an eye opener.

The renewed MANE ( Masculinity in A New Era) is a project by Imeyreach Foundation to focus on men's mental health and the need to be emotional available and vulnerable when necessary. It was an amazing time with H.E. Amb. Terry Earthwind Nichols and Andrea Otieno.
