You know, I recently started my own business and struggled from time to time with anxiety thoughts and negative feelings. Sometimes when I realise the mean thoughts coming up, I’m like „I need some Hindz right know“. Listening to your voice and words not only helps me to go back into my power and being creative but to be kind with myself and accepting every season of my mind.
