Hadar comes with a ton of experience in marketing analytics and UA in general. She's worked at some of the creme de la creme of companies when it comes to performance marketing. Beyond the practical, she also took the time somehow (?) to get relevant academic knowledge in her double degree in Marketing and Information Technology.
