Every President has their stamp on the what they do with a year inside the IDA. When Rob Schrufer took his year of Presidency he stamped out the Skills Validation testing. Bob And Marshall hear from Rob about the certificates and why he feels you should be apart of the IDA.

It takes many behind the scenes workings to make our great association function. The main heart beat of the IDA comes from The Board!
