Joy Uprising the podcast that asks how do you prioritize joy?
Joy Uprising brings Gabby Rivera and her favorite revolutionary humans together to honor joy in a chaotic world.
As a writer and speaker who focuses on queer Latinx joy, Gabby knows how vital it is to share our experiences and best practices in order to build that healing, abundant joy.
And who better to be in conversation with than people whose very existences push against the chaos and uplift their communities.
In this new podcast, Gabby asks how folks are rooting joy in their work, personal and spiritual lives. The goal? To share all that good bouncy healing revolutionary joy with all the humans who need it most. i.e. every single one of us.

You deserve to thrive, not just survive
When I heard of joy as a revolutionary act, it lit up my heart. Gabby and her guests have a beautiful way of showing you that it’s not about closing your eyes and pretending everything’s fine. But rather to walk through the world eyes wide open, feeling everything, fighting for change, AND prioritizing joy as part of it. A must-listen for anyone doing the work that needs the reminder you deserve to thrive, not only survive.
