JPs Law, a “measure implemented in 2014 by the General Assembly, allows a specific code on a Virginia ID or driver’s license to alert police officers that the cardholder has Autism our an intellectual disability.” This measure is spearheaded by Pam Mines, JPs Mom who also Advocates for training of law enforcement so that there’s uniformity nationwide in the training. We can align our military ID cards for our Loved Ones with the same measure where the space for signature goes. We can put for example “Autistic” so that this is visible to whomever is viewing the ID card. Let us know what you think. Email us at: AD2VETS@gmail.com Stay Healthy & Safe!
